EAL Sample Submit

Notice:

Sample Information is needed by time of Delivery

The EPA asked our clients to officially select a sample schedule centered on Wednesday, which means you can sample plus or minus 2 days according to regulatory sampling guidelines.  With that said, experience now shows that it is optimal for you to sample on Monday or Tuesday each week.  We have found that this protects you in the case of FEDEX or UPS delays and failures that inevitably will occur.

By sampling early in the week, you will be able to re-sample if necessary without asking permission from the State if a shipment is lost or delayed.  From our perspective, sampling on Monday or Tuesday is strongly preferred.  When our clients ship late in the week it requires us to staff the lab to process samples all weekend.  Yes, we are present on weekends, but it improves efficiency all around if you, our clients, can help us by sampling on Monday or Tuesday.
